Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we (Grahm and
Trish) and one part time employee are all following WHO (World Health
Organization) and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines.
- What we are doing:
*Responding to e-mails and phone calls.
*Shipping HAPI Drum orders, via UPS Ground and the US Post Office within the United States only.
- What we can no longer do during the COVID-19 pandemic:
*NO walk-ins or visitors to our shop.
*NO shipping to: International orders (outside the United States) due to VERY long delays in customs from COVID-19.
We are advising our customers to ORDER EARLY this year. Many people will be ordering online and shipping companies will have trouble keeping up with deliveries. Please place your order as early as possible. Our boxes DO NOT say HAPI on them, they are shipped in plain brown boxes to keep your gift a surprise!

Shipping & Return Info
Orders ship out within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from us in Oakhurst, California. We use UPS and USPS as our carriers. Click here to start shopping!
Shipping a gift? No
worries! We don't include pricing paperwork in the box or put our full
company name on the shipping label. The receiver of your gift
won't know what is in the box when it arrives. (This does not apply to our international customers who are shipping OUTSIDE of the United States.)
For orders within the United States:
FREE Shipping is available on our HAPI Drums within the Contiguous United States. When calculating delivery time of your order, the day the package is picked up from us is not factored as a transit day, weekends and holidays are also not calculated in the delivery time. California residents will have an added 7.75% sales tax.
For International orders (shipping OUTSIDE of the United States): We are NOT currently shipping outside the United States due to COVID-19.
International orders using a Freight Forwarder: We DO NOT ship to freight forwarders. A freight forwarder is an agent who organizes the delivery of goods to the customer outside of the United States. Freight forwarders repackage our drums and lose the add on items like the mallets, bag, booklet. Other times the drums arrive damaged. If you disregard this notice and purchase, your order will be cancelled. We will have to deduct 5% from
your refund to cover our credit card processing fees.
Damage Policy: All
orders are insured for damage. If your order is damaged in shipping
please keep all the packing materials and call us immediately at (559)
642-6248. We will file the claim for you with the shipping company and
send you out a replacement product right away.
Return Policy: You have a 7 day evaluation period. If
not satisfied, return product(s) within 7 days of receiving your
order. If this is a gift, the evaluation period will begin once the
gift is opened by the recipient. Item(s) must be in new condition for an exchange or refund (less shipping costs incurred).
Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
We'll pay any return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In the event of a
return, you will receive your refund within three weeks of returning
your package. This time period includes the transit time for us to
receive your return from the shipper (5 business days), the time it
takes us to process and evaluate your return once we receive it (5
business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund
request (5 to 10 business days).
On returns we will need to deduct 3.5% - 5% from your refund to cover the credit card / PayPal processing fees.
On orders placed by mistake and then cancelled before shipping, we will need to deduct 3.5% - 5% from your refund to cover the credit card / PayPal processing fees.
Sorry, we DO NOT offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your drum for a different model or scale we will treat it as a return (see above). Once the return is completed you can order the new drum.

Undelivered Packages: On
very rare occasion a package will be returned to us as undelivered.
When USPS or UPS returns an undelivered package to us, we issue a
refund (excluding shipping charges). An incorrect address is the most
common reason for this to occur. Please double-check your shipping
address carefully when placing your order. On undelivered purchases we will also deduct 3.5% - 5% from
your refund to cover the credit card / PayPal processing fees.
