Shipping & Return Info

Orders ship out within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from us in Oakhurst, California. We use UPS and USPS as our carriers. When calculating delivery time of your order, the day the package is shipped from us is not factored as a transit day, weekends and holidays are also not calculated in the delivery time. Our free delivery option is (on average) 5-7 working days for delivery.  In some cases delivery can take up to 10 working days depending on where you live and if there are weather related delays.  If you need FASTER SHIPPING please email us for a shipping quote (with your shipping address and what items you would like to order).  Click here to start shopping!

For orders within the United States:

Contiguous United States: FREE Shipping is available within the Contiguous United States. California residents will have an added 7.75% sales tax. Shipping a gift? No worries! We don't include pricing paperwork in the box or put our full company name on the shipping label. The receiver of your gift won't know what is in the box when it arrives.

Outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico):  We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping is calculated at time of check out and is between $22 - $75. When calculating delivery time of your order, the day the package is picked up from us is not factored as a transit day, weekends and holidays are also not calculated in the delivery time.

International orders. Shipping OUTSIDE of the United States: Sorry, we are NOT currently shipping outside the United States.

Freight forwarders. International orders (shipping OUTSIDE of the United States) using a Freight Forwarder: We DO NOT ship to freight forwarders. A freight forwarder is an agent who organizes the delivery of goods to the customer outside of the United States. Freight forwarders repackage our drums and lose the add on items like the mallets, bag, booklet. Other times the drums arrive damaged. If you disregard this notice and purchase, your order will be cancelled. We will have to deduct 5% from your refund to cover our payment processing fees.

Damage Policy: All orders are insured for damage. If your order is damaged in shipping please keep all the packing materials and call us immediately at (559) 642-6248. We will file the claim for you with the shipping company and send you out a replacement product right away.

Stolen Packages: When placing your order please use a safe and secure shipping address.  We email your tracking number to you when your order ships out.  Please keep track of your delivery date.  Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package becomes the customer's responsibility.  If your package is stolen please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the theft and file a police report with your local authorities.  Unfortunately, we are not in a position to replace stolen goods when delivered to the supplied shipping address.  If you feel your package was delivered to the wrong address please contact us immediately and we will initiate a package investigation and submit an insurance claim on your behalf.  Do not initiate the claim yourself.  If the insurance claim is approved we will reship your order.

Return Policy:
You have a 7 day evaluation period. If not satisfied, return product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. If this is a gift, the evaluation period will begin once the gift is opened by the recipient. All shipping charges, even if shipping was free on your order, are non-refundable. We will also deduct 5% from your refund to cover our payment processing fees. Item(s) must be in new condition for an exchange or refund. Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. On orders placed by mistake and then cancelled before shipping, we will deduct 5% from your refund to cover our payment processing fees. We'll pay any return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
In the event of a return, you will receive your refund within three weeks of returning your package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 business days), the time it takes us to process and evaluate your return once we receive it (5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please make sure your credit/bank card matches your billing address: If you place an order with us and your billing address does not match your credit/bank card we will refund the order minus a 5% cancellation fee to cover our payment processing expenses.  If you are not sure, please use PayPal when checking out.

Undelivered Packages: On very rare occasion a package will be returned to us as undelivered. When USPS or UPS returns an undelivered package to us, we issue a refund (excluding shipping charges). An incorrect address is the most common reason for this to occur. Please double-check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. On undelivered purchases we will also deduct 5% from your refund to cover our payment processing fees.
