I ordered the Slim tuneable drum and when I first lifted it out of the bag, my first reaction was, "Wow!" When I played this drum, I was stunned by the beauty and clarity of the sound, not to mention the high quality of the drum build. Add to this the ability to tune this drum to play different modal scales and I realized I was in for a real experience. This instrument is soothing and addictive. It encourages you to sit for hours just checking out the different combos of tone and rhythm. Yeah, I like it! I want to buy more!

I don't normally write reviews but this drum is so healing. I am not a musician and I wanted the tunable drum as its the most versatile. I love how I can just play it and not have to learn anything, its so therapeutic and I am a psychotherapist so I am thinking about suddenly adding music therapy to my skill set! I look forward to getting more drums, and considering the mini for trips and easier transport.

Just a few days before it arrived, my only sister passed away and I was devastated. I can only say, it has helped greatly in starting to heal from this terrible loss. Also, I am able to tune it to my Native American flutes...just wish I had four hands so I could play them together! Might invite my feet to the drum(:-)

Really like my new tuneable. (Already had the Hapi mini). I'm a Music Therapist and wanted to have more keys to work with without carrying around more instruments. The only thing I would change is at least for me, putting my hand in the back hole with rough edges kind of scratches my arm at times. I even have a small forearm. Otherwise very pleased!
